Adams serves as a certified housing counselor for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development and as a certified housing counseling manager with UnidosUS, formerly known as the National Council of La Raza. He serves on the board of the Metro St. Louis Community Reinvestment Association and chairs the community advisory council for the Community Action Agency of St. Louis County, Inc. He also volunteers with Beyond Housing as a home ownership workshop facilitator.
Ben has been a mortgage professional since 1991, and has been a part of Midwest BankCentre’s mortgage team since 2010. To Ben, the best part of being a mortgage professional is developing relationships with his customers. As a tribute to his success, most of Ben’s business is derived from past client referrals, which is extremely rewarding.
Ben states, “My approach with my client is always educational. I finance properties every day, but that is not the case for my client. Explaining the process, along with asking and answering the right questions is imperative to a positive client experience.”
Ben has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Missouri State University. He currently lives in Weldon Spring with his wife and two children. In his free time, Ben is an avid runner and triathlete.
Kathy has been a dedicated part of Midwest BankCentre for over 25 years, of which more than 20 have been spent with the Mortgage Team. Her willingness to listen and attention to detail enable her to give sound advice and provide the best mortgage options for each of her clients.
Kathy comes from a family of educators, and she takes great pride in making sure her clients understand each step of the transaction whether refinancing or purchasing a home. From the pre-approval process to receiving your keys, you can count on Kathy to give you sound advice and to keep you informed throughout the entire process. Though Kathy’s top priority is making sure her customers are satisfied with the service they have received, to Kathy, “the greatest compliment is when I receive a referral from a former client, especially when they refer their own family.”
Kathy and her family are active members of the community and support several local charitable organizations. Kathy has been married for 35 years and has two grown sons and two grandchildren.
Dion has worked in the banking and finance industry for over 15 years. He has knowledge and experience with many aspects of home lending and he enjoys guiding his clients through all of the steps necessary to help improve their financial situation.

John is excited to be a mortgage lender at Midwest BankCentre. He has been in the banking industry for the past several years and has gained experience in many areas of lending. John takes the time to educate his clients and counsels borrowers in selecting a loan program that serves their best interest while providing expert advice throughout the entire process.
He gains clients through financial advisors, insurance agents, real estate agents and most importantly through personal referrals from satisfied clients. John earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and his master’s degree in Business Administration from Missouri State University.
Mark started in the mortgage business in 1987, and since then has worked for some of the top mortgage lenders in St. Louis. He is experienced across all facets of the mortgage process, and is happy to help no matter what your current situation happens to be.

Mark enjoys all things outdoors - hunting, fishing, white water rafting, biking, camping and traveling out west. Mark even has a green thumb and spends time gardening at home.

Karen has worked in the banking industry her entire career, providing sound financial advice to her customers throughout that time. Over the past 25 years, her focus has been in mortgage lending, counseling clients with their best options for mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, bridge loans and construction loans.
Karen works with many sources including realtors, financial planners, accountants and attorneys, but the majority of her clients are referrals from past clients. They want their family, friends and co-workers to have the same positive experience with Karen as they enjoyed.
Karen takes a holistic approach to the mortgage transaction, looking at the entire financial picture with her clients, not just the immediate transaction. She provides each client various options, allowing them to choose what works best in helping meet their long-term goals. Karen is available from the initial application and counseling to attending the loan closing, to make sure her clients understand the entire process.
Karen attended Webster University and is a past board member of the Mortgage Bankers Association. She enjoys spending time with her family and enjoys playing golf and traveling in her spare time.

Nic Rolla is passionate about building relationships with his clients by listening to their needs and assisting them with their home purchase. Nic earned his bachelor’s degree in Science from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL. In his free time, Nic enjoys hockey and golfing.
Kellie Jones has been a mortgage professional for the past 23 years. With a strong background in the operations side of the business, she has the in-depth knowledge needed to help her clients experience a smooth mortgage loan process. Kellie believes there are many factors to consider when purchasing or refinancing a home. Her expertise in loan processing, underwriting and closing, equips her clients with a Mortgage partner who listens and can guide them every step of the way. Kellie is passionate about providing that trust and comfort to her clients and strives to make home financing a fun and educational experience.

Kellie was born and raised in St Louis and currently lives in Oakville with her husband and four children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing and traveling.
Kathleen Spies has worked in banking for seven years. She serves her customers with a caring and compassionate style, taking into account each unique set of circumstances for each loan. Kathleen is responsive, expedient and available to her customers throughout the purchase or refinance process.
Kathleen also focuses on community outreach programs in partnership with non-profits throughout the St. Louis region in the areas of lending, refinancing, financial education, and volunteerism. She works closely with the Hispanic Community, offering the ITIN Mortgage and facilitating Financial Empowerment programs.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree Law with an emphasis in International Law from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She is a native of St. Louis, MO and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
