Julie Tuggle-Nguyen

Julie Tuggle-Nguyen serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Midwest BankCentre, where she provides strategic leadership for Human Resources, Operations, Fraud Prevention, the Rising Together Foundation, and the Office of the CEO. In this role, she is responsible for aligning people, processes, and operational excellence to support the bank’s long-term vision, growth strategy, and commitment to exceptional customer and employee experiences.

As a member of the executive leadership team, Julie partners closely with leaders across the organization to strengthen culture, enhance operational effectiveness, develop talent, and foster collaboration across business lines. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and creating an environment where employees can thrive while delivering meaningful results for customers and communities.

Throughout her career, Julie has been recognized for her ability to lead organizations through growth and transformation while maintaining a strong focus on people, purpose, and performance.
