Julie Tuggle-Nguyen serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Midwest BankCentre, bringing over two decades of HR leadership experience across diverse industries. Under her leadership, employee engagement has reached record levels, and the bank has strategically identified and retained top performers, building a strong leadership pipeline and deep bench strength. Additionally, she has championed the adoption of smart technologies to enhance HR functions, streamline operations, and navigate the ever-evolving landscape of healthcare benefits, ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management.   Under her leadership, the bank has received multiple Top Workplace and National DEI Recognition awards, including USA Today’s Coveted National Top Workplace Award.

Previously, Julie held HR leadership roles at General Motors and Enterprise Holdings, where she built strong people-first initiatives. She is an alumna of the University of Missouri, was named as one of the top Human Resources Executives in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal, and actively contributes as a monthly columnist for Small Business Monthly Magazine and as a board member of the Clayton Community Foundation.
