Bill Pay
Our Bill Pay lets you pay bills from a computer or mobile device the quick, easy and paperless way. You can even use iPay QuickPay to pay your bills using Voice Bill Pay. Click here to learn more. You can also send or receive money directly from other people with just a few clicks. Writing checks is such a thing of the past.
Account Alerts
Receive text or email Account Alerts for balance, transaction or transfers. Alerts can help keep your accounts safe and are another security measure to help keep you protected online.
eDocs

How do I retrieve my password?

On our home page, click the Forgot Password link in the Online Banking area. You’ll be asked to enter your Midwest BankCentre Online Banking ID and your Email Address on File. Enter “Password” as the Email Subject, and we will email you a link to retrieve your password.

 

How do I retrieve my Online Banking ID?

Please call us at 314-631-5500 (toll free: 800-894-1350), and one of our friendly bankers will be happy to help you retrieve your Online Banking ID.

 

How do reset my password?

After you have logged in to Online Banking, click the Options tab and select “Reset Password.”

 

How do I change the name of my account in Online Banking?

After you have logged in to Online Banking, click the Options tab and select “Account.” You can also change the order in which your accounts appear in Online Banking.

 

I just opened a new account. When will it appear in Online Banking?

If you are listed as the Primary, Joint, Trustee, and/or Co-Borrower on the new account, it will automatically be added to Online Banking on the next business day.

 

Why did my Online Banking session end?

For your security, your session will automatically end after 10 minutes of idle activity. You will receive a pop-up message before the session ends. Just log in again to resume your session.

 

I’m enrolled in Online Banking. Why can’t I access it?

For your security, your Online Banking account will become inactive if you don’t access it at least once every 270 days. It will be removed from Online Banking if you don’t access it within 360 days. Please call us at 314-631-5500 (toll free: 800-894-1350), and one of our friendly bankers will be happy to help you restore your inactive account or re-enroll your removed account.

 

How do I send a message to Online Banking?

After you have logged in to Online Banking, click on the “Secure Message” link in the upper-right hand corner.
