These are words that Midwest BankCentre team members use to describe the Bank. The size of each word indicates its frequency and significance.

At the center of it all:
Community and Family.

Culture is soil in which all things in an organization grow. At Midwest BankCentre, we tend to our soil with great care, knowing the culture of our organization has a substantial impact on our most important asset: our people

As a Midwest BankCentre team member, you have the opportunity to make a direct difference in your community and your neighbors’ lives every day. In addition to keeping deposits in the region to support local families and businesses, the Bank invests in communities through employee volunteerism, free financial literacy programs, and supporting local nonprofits.

Embracing and building a diverse and inclusive organization is at the core of who we are. It’s not only the right thing to do; it’s also a source of our competitive advantage. By fostering diversity in people, geography, and products, we spark innovation that allows us to better understand and serve all our customers.

Our DICE (Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Engagement) Committee leads initiatives to cultivate this value, engaging with our communities, connecting team members across the Bank, and highlighting important cultural issues and events.

As a community bank, our commitment is to build a team that reflects the communities we serve. The Bank’s Diversity, Inclusion, Culture and Engagement (DICE) committee is an immensely powerful program, with 15% of the Bank’s employees holding leadership positions within DICE and 80% participating in DICE events. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion starts at the top with an executive team that is 62% diverse and is part of every component of our culture.
